So here’s my weekend report.. after finishing my gig in Wales at midnight I packed down and drove 3 hours across to Aylesbury.

Hotel for 3:30am, showered and asleep by 4am, alarm set for 7am…

Up at 7, Breakfast, showered and changed, quick 5km cycle and on the startline for 8:30am…

Did 110km in the tour de Vale with my late friend’s dad with 3 hours sleep.
